 An image gallery is kind of application that tends to use a lot of disk space when there are many images to be displayed.

The introduction of gigabyte e-mail services like Gmail created opportunities for disk space intensive applications that can use those large mailboxes to store the information that such applications manipulate.

This class takes advantage of the space made available on Gmail mailboxes to store the images of a Web based gallery application.

Detailed description

This package implements an image gallery that uses a GMail account to store the images.

This package is inspired in GImage, a PHP script available on the Web for a similar purpose.

This class makes use of the libgmailer class to access your Gmail account. There is a libgmailer subclass to fetch the thumbnails generated by Gmail, thus reducing the bandwidth that is necessary to fetch and present a gallery.

This package generates valid XHTML code.
